Server implementations of beetRoot.

This package contains the stand-alone server (BeetRootServer), its base class BaseServer, the FileServer, and the HTTPServer base class for HTTP servers such as BeetRootWebServer.

Sub-packages provide server actions, communication, messages, and modules.
